1.         A public hearing to consider the extension of a tentative map for the  27-acre Cypress Ridge Subdivision, resulting in 52 single-family lots ranging in size from 10,000 to 49,736 square feet.

Location:          North of First Street, northeast of the intersection of Rohnerville Road and Mill Street

2.         A public hearing to consider the extension of a tentative map for the 1.57-acre Jones/Dunn Subdivision, resulting in 24 residential lots and a common/open space lot.

Location:          Vacant parcel on the southeast side of Smith Lane between Fortuna Boulevard and Rohnerville Road

3.         A public hearing to consider the extension of a tentative map for the 23.5-acre McDonald Subdivision, resulting in 39 single family lots ranging in size from 8,250 to 16,109 square feet, and an 11.3 acre remainder parcel..

Location:          east side of Ross Hill Road between Kenmar Road and School Street
